«Umutwe w’inkuba», un film burundais de Kungfu

Kungfu-1-609x400WUSHU le club de Kungfu de Bujumbura passe à un autre niveau. Ils vulgarisent leur discipline  à travers le 7ème art. Le WUSHU club vient  de produire un film de Kungfu purement burundais. Baptisé  «Umutwe w’inkuba», ce film offre un mélange d’arts martiaux  et de réalité  quotidienne. Selon les  organisateurs, ce produit leur a coutés  à peu près 7 millions de francs burundais.

 

«Umutwe w’inkuba» (une tête de foudre, ndlr) ?

 

Impressionnant comme titre.  Yves Ntirenganya du club de Kungfu Bujumbura, nous en parle. « C’est un titre  adapté sur le scénario. En fait à part la démonstration qui figure dans ce film, on raconte une histoire  d’enfants qui allaient  perdre leur héritage injustement par leur tuteur.  C’est « Umutwe w’inkuba» (tête de foudre, ndlr pour  symboliser  l‘introuvable, ndlr), car  c’était impossible d’arriver à leurs  fins», précise t-il.

 

Un film à double vocation

 

Ce film  a deux missions. Montrer le traitement que subissent certains enfants orphelins, et promouvoir  le Kungfu au Burundi et dans la sous-région. Ils montrent la tolérance. Un pari  atteint, vu les images du premier extrait de ce film récemment mis en ligne.

 

Le film en soi est prêt. Ils  sont au stade de la promotion de cet œuvre. « Nous avons fini au niveau de la production. Maintenant on pense à la promotion dufilm. Nous voudrions  lancer notre film publiquement   au Burundi. Mais  vu la situation qui prévaut, on commence à penser à d’autres possibilités», poursuit Yves Ntirenganya.

 

Le Kungfu a été lancé officiellement en 2013. Mais bien avant, cette discipline était pratiquée clandestinement. Notez que la Fédération internationale Wushu a vu le jour en octobre 1999 à Beijing. Jusqu’en 2012, cette fédération regroupait 144 pays à travers le monde, dont 31 pays africains (en 2013).
